Description

Understand the challenges of the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) and discover actions you can take to stay ahead.

The EU has set a new landmark in sustainability due diligence with the adoption of the CSDDD in May 2024. The new legislation applies to the company’s own operations as well as its upstream and downstream activities, affecting more than 5,000 companies in the EU. This webinar will provide a comprehensive overview of the current state of legislation and Member States’ intended actions in implementing the CSDDD. We will discuss the scope of companies affected and introduce participants to the key requirements of the Directive, building on existing sustainability legislation. By attending, you will gain a thorough understanding of the new legislation, learn how to integrate CSDDD reporting into established sustainability frameworks, and receive guidance on how to ensure compliance. Join the discussion and bring your questions!

Topics

  • Where is the CSDDD at?
  • What will the Member States do?
